If you are a healthcare professional who is passionate about community education and plans to pursue graduate school to become a Physician Assistant (PA), the pre-Physician Assistant option of the Community Health and Education program can be a great pathway!

In this application, you can expect the following:

• To write a short personal statement about your interest in the program
• To provide more information about your background in healthcare
• To upload your:
  • resume, unofficial transcripts, and transcript evaluation results
  • Financial Preparedness Form
  • Healthcare Background Form 

Once you login, you may begin the application. The application saves automatically when you navigate to a different step of the application or log out, so you may come back to finish your application at a later time.  Please ensure your application is complete (including all necessary uploads) before submitting it.

Applications are reviewed as they are received. It is advantageous to apply early and not wait until the deadline.

Dates and Deadlines

We accept applications year round, and welcome students into our program every fall, winter, and spring quarter. However, we do highly recommend students begin the program in the fall quarter. Please note the deadline for the quarter you would like to start in, as your completed application must be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the beginning of that quarter.
