If you are a healthcare professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a desire to help others, Seattle Central's Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Allied Health: Community Health and Education program can give you the education and training needed to promote health and help prevent disease within communities.

In this application, you can expect the following:

  • To write a short personal statement about your interest in the program
  • To provide more information about your background in healthcare
  • To upload your:
    • resume, unofficial transcripts, and transcript evaluation results
    • Financial Preparedness Form
    • Healthcare Background Form 
  • To pay a $35 application fee with your credit or debit card

AS OF 10/7/24: Application fee must be paid via the Cashier's office. Proof of payment (a copy of your receipt) can be sent to AlliedHealthBAS@seattlecolleges.edu once your payment has been submitted. APPLICATIONS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED WHEN PROOF OF PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

Once you login, you may begin the application. The application saves automatically when you navigate to a different step of the application or log out, so you may come back to finish your application at a later time.  Please ensure your application is complete (including all needed uploads) before submitting it.

Applications are reviewed as they are received. It is advantageous to apply early and not wait until the deadline.
