If you are a healthcare professional who is passionate about community education and plans to pursue graduate school to become a Physician Assistant (PA), the pre-Physician Assistant option of the Community Health and Education program can be a great pathway!
In this application, you can expect the following:
- To write a short personal statement about your interest in the program
- To provide more information about your background in healthcare
- To upload your:
- resume, unofficial transcripts, and transcript evaluation results
- Financial Preparedness Form
- Healthcare Background Form
- To pay a $35 application fee
AS OF 10/7/24: Application fee must be paid via the Cashier's office. Proof of payment (a copy of your receipt) can be sent to AlliedHealthBAS@seattlecolleges.edu once your payment has been submitted. APPLICATIONS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED WHEN PROOF OF PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

Please ensure your application is complete (including all necessary uploads) before submitting it.
